This is the solicitation text:
"The all-new continuing Tick series continues with a second smash issue! A new super-villainess is giving The Tick a 'run for his money' across the length and breadth of The City after stealing a super-powered 'mystery object.'
Plus, Chairface attempts to escape from the 'prison with prison' in which he has been incarcerated, due to his many previous escape attempts!"
Yeah, I'm not sure what some of that means either.
